Liampi Period IV, Group C, 85 (O71/R69); HGC 3, 482. Granular surfaces, area of flat strike on reverse. Near VF. Extremely rare with lion head on reverse.
Liampi (p. 215) notes a stylistic similarity to the representation of the lion head here with that found on issues at Akanthos and Mende.
