SICILY, Himera. Circa 425-409 BC. AR Hemilitron – Hexonkion (9mm, 0.33 g, 6h). Forepart of horned, human-headed creature, with lion’s legs and curled wing, right / Olive leaf; six pellets (mark of value) flanking. Buceti 33; HGC 2, 454. Lightly toned. Good VF. Exceptional for this very rare issue.
