SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos II Theos. 261-246 BC. Fourrée Tetradrachm (30.5mm, 15.16 g, 9h). Copying Seleukeia on the Tigris mint issue. Diademed head of Antiochos I right / Apollo, testing arrow and resting hand on grounded bow, seated left on omphalos; monograms to outer left and outer right. For prototype: cf. SC 587.1c; cf. HGC 9, 236g. Toned, small breaks in plating, minor doubling. VF.
