CALABRIA, Tarentum. Circa 280-272 BC. AR Nomos (19.5mm, 6.48 g, 3h). Reduced standard. Nude youth, crowing horse he rides right; to left, crowing Nike above ΣI; ΛY below, ΘE below foreleg / Phalanthos, nude, holding kantharos and trident, riding dolphin left. Vlasto 755; HN Italy 1009. Deep iridescent tone, a little die rust. Near EF. Very rare, none in CoinArchives.
