Severus Alexander. AD 222-235. Æ Dupondius (24.5mm, 11.27 g, 12h). Rome mint. Struck AD 229. Radiate bust right, slight drapery / Severus Alexander, holding eagle-tipped sceptre, in quadriga right. RIC IV 497; BMCRE 580. Dark green and red patina, some light smoothing. Good VF.
