ΛVT K M Λ ΛNTΩNЄINOC CЄB, laureate bust right, slight drapery / ΔHMAPX ЄΞ YΠATOC, eagle standing facing, head and tail left, with wings spread, holding wreath in beak; [Δ] and C above wings; trace of eight-rayed star between legs. Cf. McAlee 758 (for official issue); cf. Prieur (Antioch: ‘Laodicea Issues’) 257 (same). Earthen dark green patina, spots of non-active green on reverse. VF.
