Pre-Revolutionary Imports. Silver St. Patrick Farthing. Martin 1c.34/Ca.15 (this coin illustrated for rev.); W-11520. PCGS XF 40. 04864618. Uncertain mint in Dublin. Struck circa 1652-1674. Authorized for circulation in West New Jersey, 18 May 1682 as a halfpenny. Weight 114.9 grains. Seemingly one of two known and the only one in private hands. Two faint scratches above the saint's outstretched arm appear to have been repaired since this coin's 1991 auction appearance.
