SICILY, Kamarina. Circa 420-405 BC. Æ Tetras – Trionkion (15mm, 3.66 g, 1h). Struck circa 420-410 BC. Facing gorgoneion / Owl standing left, head facing, holding lizard in talon; three pellets (mark of value) in exergue. Westermark & Jenkins Period 3, Type F, 195; CNS 21; HGC 2, 547. Dark green-brown patina, some earthen deposits, light cleaning marks. Good VF.
