CARTHAGE, Second Punic War. Circa 203-201 BC. Fourrée Tridrachm (24mm, 8.91 g, 12h). Copying Carthage mint issue. Wreathed head of Tanit left / Horse standing right, head left. For prototype: cf. CNP 103; cf. MAA 81; cf. SNG Copenhagen 392. Lightly toned, deposits, scratches, breaks in plating that reveal core, roughness and smoothing on obverse, numerous edge marks and filing from prior bezel. VF.
