Allectus. Romano-British Emperor, AD 293-296. Antoninianus (23mm, 3.94 g, 6h). ‘C’ mint. IMP C ALLECTVS P F I AVG, radiate and cuirassed bust right / TEMP O RVM FELI, Felicitas standing left, holding long caduceus and cornucopia; S|P//C. Cf. RIC V 117-8 (for similar issues); cf. Burnett, Coinage 194 (for similar issue). Dark olive green-brown patina with light blue-green deposits, slight die shift and a die break on reverse, some roughness. Good VF. Rare. Unlisted with these obverse and reverse legends paired together.
