SIIIE/FIICT (retrograde) in two lines, voided sword and cross between; pellet above, triple pellet below / + IOE ΛRCEI, voided hammer. Stewart & Lyon 35 (this coin); SCBI 29 (Merseyside), 430-1 var. (legends); BMC –; North 556; SCBC 1015. Rich old cabinet toning. VF. Very rare type and an extremely rare variety. The sole example recorded by Stewart & Lyon.
