Struck circa 1086-1089. + PILLELM REX, crowned bust right, holding sword / + LIFPINE ON GIPSP, cross pattée, with annulet at center; all over cross fleurée in saltire. Sadler III 952 var. (dies 1/–; unlisted rev. die); SCBI 11 (Stockholm), 152 (same obv. die); BMC –; North 851; SCBC 1258. Toned, broken and repaired. Good VF.
