KINGS of MACEDON. Kassander. As regent, 317-305 BC, or king, 305-298 BC. Fourrée Tetradrachm (26mm, 14.64 g, 6h). Imitating Alexander III type issue of Ouranopolis(?) mint, struck under Kassander. Head of Herakles right, wearing lion skin / Zeus Aëtophoros seated left; in left field, star on cone above X; below throne, Θ above strut, Π below. For prototype: cf. Price 520; cf. Ehrhardt 61B. Lightly toned, numerous breaks in plating. VF.
