SICILY, Syracuse. Dionysios I. 405-367 BC. Æ Drachm (28.5mm, 31.05 g, 9h). Head of Athena left, wearing Corinthian helmet with neck guard and bowl decorated with wreath / Sea-star between two dolphins. Holloway, Further, Series 4, fig. 8; CNS 62; HGC 2, 1436. Rough green-brown patina, pitting and small flaws, double struck on obverse. Near VF.
