SELEUCIS and PIERIA, Antioch. Roman Republican period. 1st century BC. Æ Tetrachalkon (25mm, 12.74 g, 2h). Dated year 9 of the Caesarean Era (41/40 BC). Laureate head of Zeus right; behind, palm branch / Zeus Nikephoros seated left, holding Nike and long scepter; caps of the Dioscuri above low altar on either side of throne; above Zeus, thunderbolt; Θ (date) in exergue; all within laurel wreath. McAlee 54 = RPC I 4225.9 (this coin). Earthen red and black patina. Near VF.
