Ilkhanids. Abu Sa‘id. AH 716-736 / AD 1316-1335. AV Dinar (24mm, 8.08 g, 12h). Type C. Shiraz mint. Dated AH 728 (AD 1327/8). Diler 493; Album 2198. In NGC encapsulation 8221623-007, graded MS 62. Rare.
Although this type was mostly only struck from AH 719-721, it was revived at a few mints a decade later, with rare examples known dated AH 728 and 729.
