LUCANIA, Metapontion. Circa 470-440 BC. AR Nomos (20.5mm, 6.94 g, 12h). Ear of barley with six grains; retrograde META up left field / Incuse ear of barley with six grains. Noe Class XI, 252 (same obv. die); HN Italy 1484. Lightly toned, some porosity and light roughness. Good VF.
